These are plain-language terms for members of Vanta FX. By signing in and accepting them you agree to them.
What we collect
Your username, name and email, your plan dates, your broker account number and server, your risk settings, and a history of the signals and trades placed for you. We also keep security records such as sign-in times, the IP address you signed in from and the approximate city and country it maps to, which our administrators use to spot unusual sign-ins.
What we do not keep
We do not store your broker trading password. It is passed straight to the broker connection service when you connect.
Why we use it
To run the service you asked for: to place and manage trades, to protect your account, to answer support requests and to meet legal duties.
Who it is shared with
Our cloud and broker-connection providers, only as needed to run the service. We do not sell your data.
Security
Passwords are stored as hashes, sensitive values are encrypted, sign-ins can be protected with two-step verification, and access to member data is limited to our team.
How long we keep it
While your account exists and for as long as needed for security, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and data, except what we must keep by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Contact our team.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your choices (such as sound on or off). We do not use advertising cookies.
