These are plain-language terms for members of Vanta FX. By signing in and accepting them you agree to them.

Our refund rule

You can ask for a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment, as long as the bot has not placed any trade on your account. Ask our team in the Discord or by email.

After that

Once the bot has traded for you, or after 48 hours, the current plan period is not refundable, because the service has been provided and cloud servers are reserved for you.

Always refunded

We will refund a duplicate payment, a payment taken by mistake, or any amount the law requires us to refund.

No hidden cancellation

You do not need to cancel to avoid a charge: plans are not renewed automatically.

How to ask

Contact our team with your username and the payment details. We aim to answer within two business days and to return approved refunds to the original payment method.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under the law where you live, including the right to ask your bank or card issuer about a payment.
